We helped DGline with the preparation of their event - from the graphic design through the printing of promotional items to their installation and deinstallation.

Czech company DGline is dealing with the digitization of cultural heritage, books and art objects. It works with various types of scanners including ART models, which are designed for gentle and sensitive digitization of art. It can digitize almost anything and in any quantity in 2D and 3D. They approached us asking for help with the conference.

DGline needed help with the conference preparation. This included complete graphic designs, production and printing of banners and promotional items and their installation. This assistance also included subsequent deinstallation after the conference.

Based on a previous agreement with DGline, we created full graphics for the following products: 

  • bags and bottle boxes, 
  • notepads, pens,  
  • lanyards,  
  • name tags, programme and brochures,  
  • roll-up banners, table covers, outdoor panel coatings, pole and stair covers,  
  • and socks – as a gift for the participants.

It took us 30 hours to create the graphics. We divided the subsequent printing into 3 parts: 

  • Promotional items – printing time about 10 days. 
  • Materials for on-site installation – printing time 4 days. 
  • Nameplates – printing time 1 day. 

DGline had a rough idea of the placement of each item in the room where the conference would be held. When we toured the space itself, we suggested changes and adjustments to make the company brand highly visible. It was only on site that we finally agreed on the ideal placement of all the elements. The visualizations we created also helped us in this process.   

Due to the wait for the contractor to arrive with tables, the installation took approximately 5 hours, which was longer than we anticipated and what is normal for us. Usually we work faster, but thanks to our colleagues' organization, we finished everything on time even despite minor complications. The deinstallation was much faster and only took an hour.

As happens when organizing events, not everything always goes according to plan. There were some last-minute changes, but it was nothing we couldn't handle. Thanks to our flexibility and smooth cooperation with DGline, the conference took place on Tuesday 28 May 2024 at the Civic Swimming Pool in Prague 1 without any problems.
